Great, you have decided to dine with us. Simply fill in the form below and we will confirm your reservation shortly. We wish to advise all customers who are making a reservation online to give a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice before the time you wish to dine with us. Tables are only secured once you get confirmation back from us via email or phone.

Terms and Conditions for large party reservations with Black Bull Inn

(A) When booking a table of 8 or more we will request credit card details to be taken at time of booking.

(B) We require 24hrs notice if there is a decrease in numbers, or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a £10 per head cancellation charge been put on the final bill.

(C) Should numbers increase, we require sufficient notice to be able to accommodate your party needs and requirements.

(D) Your table will be ready for you at the time stated. Pre-dinner drinks should be arranged at a time before this. Tables are held for 30 minutes before reallocating them. If you are delayed for any reason we would appreciate a call so we can try and still accommodate your party.

(E) Large parties may be seated on separate tables, depending on numbers.

(F) The management reserves the right in extreme cases to cancel any bookings subject to giving 7 days notice.
